Fortunato N. Perri, Jr., a founding partner of the firm, began his career as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Since leaving the D.A.’s Office and starting this firm, he has become one of the top trial attorneys in the country. Mr. Perri’s trial skills have enabled him to succeed in both criminal and civil litigation. With over thirty years of trial experience, he has earned a national reputation for excellence.

Mr. Perri is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. When asked to by clients, he has been specially admitted to State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, California, Florida, Texas and Delaware.
