Timothy Lawrence Strange is a veteran trial lawyer who focuses his practice on criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice and representing labor unions.
Mr. Strange gained extensive experience prosecuting criminal cases, both jury and non-jury, as an Assistant District Attorney, first in the District Attorney’s Office of Philadelphia and then in the Montgomery County Office of the District Attorney.
Before becoming a prosecutor, Mr. Strange was Assistant General Counsel for the General Counsel of the Social Security Administration. He also clerked for the Honorable Paul P. Panepinto and the Honorable Shelley Robins New of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.
While a student law clerk for the Honorable John T.J. Kelly of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Mr. Strange authored two published legal opinions.
After graduating from Saint Joseph’s University, Mr. Strange earned Pennsylvania real estate, property and casualty, and life insurance licenses before attending Widener University School of Law. He holds a J.D. and a Master of Laws (LLM) in corporate law and finance.
Mr. Strange is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006 and 2007.
