Timothy Lawrence Strange, born and resides in Philadelphia. Graduate of Saint Joseph’s Prep and Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Prior to attending law school at Widener University School of Law, earned PA real estate license as well as PA property and casualty and life insurance licenses. During law school, as a student law clerk for the Honorable John T.J. Kelly, of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, authored two (2) published legal opinions (A.2nd). After earning J.D. degree from Law school, worked as Assistant General Counsel, for the Federal Office of the General Counsel for the Department of Social Security, while earning a Masters of Law degree (LL.M) in Corporate Law and Finance. Clerked for the Honorable Paul P. Panepinto and the Honorable Shelly Robbins New in the Philadelphia Court Of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, before working as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia and later in Montgomery County, prosecuting numerous criminal cases, jury and non jury trials. Admitted to practice law in PA, NJ, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Was named a “Rising Star” in 2006 and 2007, in Philadelphia Magazine’s Super Lawyer Section Top Pennsylvania Lawyers. Concentrates in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice and Union legal representation.
